Q1: How do I cancel the MERCUSYS Camera Care subscription plan?

We're sorry to see you go! If you decide that you want to cancel your MERCUSYS Camera Care subscription plan, you can cancel the MERCUSYS Camera Care plan by turning off auto-renewal for MERCUSYS Camera Care.

Since your subscription plan is pre-paid, you cannot cancel or refund the current period.

You will continue to have MERCUSYS Camera Care and features on your subscription plan until it expires at the end of your billing period.

 

Q2: Will I receive a credit or refund for the cancelation?

No, since your subscription plan is pre-paid, cancellation of paid subscriptions has no retroactive effect in the sense of refunding and only affects future charges.

You will keep your service until the billing period ends and your subscription plan expires.

 

Q3: How can I turn off auto-renewal for MERCUSYS Camera Care?

For Apple Pay:

iOS 11-13: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions.

iOS 14 and above: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

For Google Pay: Go to Google Play > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

For PayPal: Visit MERCUSYS website, log in with your MERCUSYS ID, and cancel the subscription.

 

Q4: Can I change the MERCUSYS ID that uses the MERCUSYS Camera Care services?

No, The MERCUSYS Camera Care Plan is associated with your MERCUSYS ID. Changing the MERCUSYS that uses the MERCUSYS Camera Care service is not allowed.

 

Q5: Can I cancel the MERCUSYS Camera Care Free Trial?

Yes, users can cancel the trial at any time during the trial period. After cancellation, the trial of the model cannot be resumed.

Users can also subscribe during the trial period, and the subscription will take effect immediately. The remaining trial days will be reserved for the user.

On the MERCUSYS app, please go to Camera settings and toggle "MERCUSYS Camera Care Free Trial" to off.
